The Mozilla Store is owned and operated by the
Mozilla Foundation with
fulfillment services provided by GatewayCDI. At the Mozilla Store the
customer always comes first. It is our goal to make your shopping experience
easy and pleasant. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not

If you incur any problems or have any questions
concerning merchandise or the status of your order, our customer
service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST Monday through
Friday.
Mozilla and GatewayCDI will occasionally offer gift certificates at no charge for special promotions and marketing events. GatewayCDI reserves the right to cancel these promotional gift certificates at any time for any reason.
Ordering
To order any product featured on this website, simply add it to your
shopping cart, then click "Checkout" to start the process. You will be
required to setup an account if this is your first time here. This
ensures the accuracy and security of your ordering experience.
Sales Tax
Missouri sales tax of 8.241% will be added to all orders shipping within the state of Missouri and 7.25% for orders shipping within California. This includes gift orders.
Shipping and Handling
All orders placed up to 4:00 PM CST will ship the same day following payment verification.
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the product and the zone that you are shipping to. You can view the cost on the checkout page before submitting your order. Please be sure to provide a physical address, not a PO box.

Inventory
We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally
some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we
will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your
order complete. You will be contacted via email if an item is out of
stock.
Warranty / Returns
All merchandise is guaranteed for
workmanship and quality for one year from date of purchase. If, for any
reason, you are not pleased with your order, please return the item. Send your return prepaid via
UPS or FedEx. CODs cannot be
accepted. Please note Software CDs can only be exchanged for the same
item.
